Very disappointed with Disney on ice! We spent almost $400 on 4 tickets for us with our 2 young children and it was our main present to eachother and the kids- when we arrived all excited to sit in our seats near the stage we found out our fourth seat was divided by a railing (not one we could climb over).
I told Disney on ice staff during event and they said talk to box office- box office said there was nothing they could do and to call feld entertainment. I called feld and emailed them and they said nothing they could do!
Very upset and will never attend Disney on ice or feld entertainment show again. I will also be sure to

I must admit we had a great time first time aswell, guttred we missed out on toystory as the boys so wanted to see this, but was on first half by the looks, hopefully another time we can enjoy a full prefomance of the show. Thanks

My name is Kortney Figueroa and me and my family attended the show for Disney on ice in Syracuse on 1/6/24. I wanted to put a complaint in due to a issue that happened at the show during intermission.
I was standing in line to buy my daughter a princess snow cone cup and was singled out by the security to go the entire other end of the arena to get the snow cone I had been waiting for. After walking to the other end is when I found out they only had one cup option and was originally waiting to get my daughter a princess cup.
I had to re wait in the line and missed a huge chunk of the show. It was difficult to afford to bring my family and was so discouraged to have that happen.

On 4/29/23 I went to the Watsco Center at the University of Miami for the 7:00 pm showing of Disney On Ice Presents Into the Magic with my sister and niece and nephew only all of us to be very dissatisfied and disappointed. We are huge Disney fans, but we were by no means at all impressed by anything related to this experience.
I came from out of state and then we had to drive 3 hours on top of that to see this disappointing show. For starters,the flyer we saw on the website only shows Moana and Coco, which is what we were expecting. Coco was only on stage for a few minutes, while others were on for 6 minutes or longer. If advertisement was pushing for the main attractions to be Moana and Coco, then the performance should have included more about Coco and Moana should not have been left for the very end leaving our children screaming for Coco in the beginning and the remainder of the show because Moana was last.
The other big issue we had was staff and security was unprofessional. At the entrance as we were going through baggage checking, we noticed a lady trying to go through some unattended unlocked doors, this could have easily been a random person with no ticket and nobody there to stop her. Once we got in, nobody bothered to help us find our seats. Another incident was during the break for the show, we went to try to buy souvenirs and the vendor was rude and nasty to us and looked like they didnt even want to be there.
Everything related to Disney no matter what is supposed to feel magical, but this did not. We were glad when it was all over and will never return or recommend this location to anybody.
Preferred solution: Full refund, free tickets to frozen and encanto or Aladdin in Orlando Florida as well as discounts on souvenirs.

I purchased 5 tickets for disney on ice xmas eve 2022. My 2 grandchildren 3 and 5 went down with nurovirus xmas eve morning, my eldest daughter was so sick she had to go to hospital and be put on a drip forr 24hrs, my grandchildren also were told to go to hospital if they cd not stop vomiting.
There were no gp surgeries open only the hospital. I booked these tickets in june 2022 as a treat for my grandchildren and for my grandsons birthday. We were all ill with it over xmas and xmas for us didnt happen as we were so ill. We were so upset we cd not attend.
I have promised my family i will re book for next year as soon as the tickets are available but i cannot afford to lose the money i paid this year. I purchased direct from the london 92 arena which i am told is asx.com. i purchased the cancellation insurance and have asked for a refund but they cannot help me without a gp certificate which is hard for me to get as my family only spoke to 111 and i sebt a copynof that in, but hospitals in the energency room, do not give out certificates they just make people better. Please can you help me as i am a senior citizen and this is a lot of money to lose, this is why i purchased the insurance.
I told them, who would cancel tickets for their grabdchildren on xmas eve unless they were really ill. Even if i could just have tickets for next year i would be happy as my grandchildren lost their whole xmas to illness and my daughters and still are not completely better now.

My issue is that I wanted to order tickets to take my son to his first Disney on ice show. I looked at tickets yesterday for $22 and now not 24 hrs later the tickets went to $50 at a minimum!
I have multiple children so 22 a ticket still isnt cheap but at $50 a ticket that is not doable. Not to mention the prices are still going up as the show gets closer. I get supply and demand but that is just sheer greed from a company making BILLIONS every year!
How many children can't go to things like this all so some executive can line his pockets a little more. I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted.

On November 28 at 11 we were supposed go the Disney on ice and we were all sick of the cold and flu and one of the kids was with there bother with covid and so I called the World arena Customer service and told them we can't go about 9 am and they called me back about 10 30 that there going there going sent the money with in 3 to 5 days then 2 hour later they side that they can't send back the money because they already sent the money to Disney ok so who do I call they side Disney and so I just got the number to Dec 4 and so I call u guys and told me to fill this form I know that Disney on ice is coming in March I was hope to get my money back or credit for March show please call me for my information 719 331-****
